Encoded does not tolerate abuse on our services. Bullying, stalking, harassment, threats, and other abusive behavior are prohibited. Please report all abuse through the appropriate channel below.
Child safety: CSAE and CSAM
Encoded has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This content and behavior are strictly prohibited across our services.
We use Microsoft PhotoDNA or similar services as part of our preventative and moderation measures to help detect and prevent CSAM on our services.
We cooperate with federal agencies and comply with applicable reporting requirements to report CSAM and CSAE that we identify on our services.
Report a child safety concern
If you encounter suspected CSAE or CSAM on an Encoded service, email [email protected].
Include the service name, relevant URLs or account identifiers, and a description of your concern. Do not download, share, or attach suspected CSAM to your report.
